Track Power Connections

Power Districts

  1. A contiguous system of modules that receive track power from a single booster comprises a power district.

  2. Rail power in each power district must be electrically isolated from the rail power of other power districts. This means gaps in all bridge tracks and disconnecting all rail power wires between power districts.

Booster Connections

  1. On the booster (DB150) plug, CONFIG A must be connected to GROUND (G).

  2. RAIL A connection on booster connects to the wide spades on the plugs (front rails); RAIL B connection on booster connects to narrow spades on the plugs (back rails).
